The Barn is a very special part
of Banbury Fair. Once you visit, you'll be hooked! It is filled
with irresistible furniture and collectables at "must see
to believe" prices. Beautiful accessories, florals, prints
and one-of-a-kind items provide something for everyone. A
great source for unusual painting surfaces and decorating finds.
New things arrive daily, so you'll want to stop by often.
Banbury Fair's Furniture and Glassware
Program
First, bring pictures of your
furniture to the store, or email them to us at info@banburyfair.com.
With the pictures give us a description of the condition of the
items. Are the items in need of any repair, cleaning, or refinishing?
If the furniture is in great
condition (store ready) it qualifies for consignment. Our consignment
rate is 60/40, with 60% of the selling price going to the owner
of the merchandise. If the owner takes a store credit instead
of cash, the consignment amount is 70% instead of 60%.
Payment for merchandise sold
on consignment will be made after the 15th of the month following
the item's selling month. Call after the 15th to check on the
status of consigned items.
If furniture is to be considered
for purchase it needs to have the seller's best price attached
to teh description of the piece.
To sell your glassware or
home accessory items at Banbury Fair:
We take a large variety of household
items, including prints, mirrors, jewelry, dishes, collectables
. . . etc.
First, make an appointment to
bring in some items. Then bring in no more than 2 average sized
boxes with a list and your best price for each item. Also provide
your address and phone number.
Please allow 7 days for us to
process the items you bring in for our consideration to purchase.
