Watermann House

The Bartlett History Museum is pleased to announce the 8th in its series of Cat's Meow historic Bartlett buildings -- The Watermann House.

Currently home to craft and antique store Banbury Fair, the house was originally constructed by area builder Friedrich C. Watermann in 1882.
Many genterations of Watermanns lived in this "front and wing style" home at 211 Railroad Avenue prior to its conversion to a commercial use.

The Watermann House, as well as the Guild House issued earlier this year, are available for purchase for $12.95 plus tax at Banbury Fair, 211 Railroad Avenue and at Village Hall, 228 S. Main Street.
