enter Banbury Fair's On-Line store.
NOTE: There are no shipping charges for class purchases.
(Once reaching the Geographical
Location page, leave the dropdown menu at "Shipping 1"
and click on "Enter your Geographic Location"
button/bar. You will then be able to view your purchases and
no shipping charges will be added to your total.)
Questions you might
have:
- Is it safe?
Yes. We are using a third party software and server for this
On-Line Store. The software uses encryption technology to keep
Internet transactions private and secure.
- How is my credit card processed?
Your credit card information, once received by Banbury Fair,
is processed manually by the store, just like other credit card
transactions.
- Why does the On-Line Store
look different than the Banbury Fair Web site?
To ensure safe transactions, we are using a diffent web program
for the On-Line store.
- Can I still sign up for classes
without using the website?
Yes. Either sign up for classes at Banbury Fair or calll (630)837-1677.
- Who do I call if I have any
questions about my transaction?

- How do I return to the Banbury
Fair's website, once entering into the On-Line store?

- How does my transaction get
processed if I choose to order off line through the On-Line store?
When finished with your
shopping, the On-Line store will give you the option to order
On-Line by entering your credit card information OR the
On-Line store will let you print off your total order. Banbury
Fair will receive your order, but will not sign you up until
you call the store and provide your credit card information.
- Does the Banbury Fair Class
Policy apply to On-Line Class orders?
Yes, the Banbury Fair
Class Policies will still apply for On-Line class orders:
- Banbury Fair Class Policy
* Phone registration by Visa, Mastercard, Discover
or American Express.
* If you are unable to attend the class session,
a three day notice is required on classes that have a surface
cost under $25 otherwise a 2 week cancellation notice is required
in order for you to be given a store credit.
* On class surfaces exceeding $25, a 50% deposit
is required at the time of registration.
* Class wood pieces not picked up for class will
be held for one week, if not picked up, the wood will be put
out for sale and any deposit forfeited
* Banbury Fair has the right to cancel a class.
